Abstract:
A grade-100 lead-free aviation piston-type engine fuel, a preparation method, and a quantitative mixing apparatus, relating to the field of engine fuels. The quantitative mixing apparatus comprises a tank body; a discharge pipe is provided at the bottom of the tank body; supporting legs are arranged around the discharge pipe; a plurality of feed pipes are arranged on the top of the tank body; the feed pipes are vertically arranged; a storage bin is fixedly mounted at the upper end of each feed pipe; the top of the storage bin is fixedly connected to one end of a supply pipe; a rotating shaft is vertically provided in one storage bin; the upper end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of a transverse plate; sliding grooves are formed on the two sides of the top surface of the transverse plate; sliding blocks in sliding fit with the sliding grooves are arranged in the sliding grooves; a support is rotatably mounted on the top surface of each sliding block; and wheel pieces are rotatably mounted at the two sides of the support. Under the action of a centrifugal force, the sliding blocks outwardly slide along the sliding grooves, and along with the continuous rotation of the transverse plate, the wheel pieces hit the inner walls of the storage bins to generate sound, so that the workers can be reminded that material mixing is almost finished, and the workers can discharge the mixed materials by means of the discharge pipe.
