Title:
GRADED PRESSURE REDUCTION DRILLING CRACK DETECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/200597
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A graded pressure reduction drilling crack detection system, comprises a test probe, a drilling rig (14), a drill rod (12) and a control operation station (36). The test probe comprises plugging devices (34, 35) and a pressure dividing assembly (47), said pressure dividing assembly comprising a primary converter (6) and a secondary converter (37), the second converter being sleeved at an outer end of the primary converter; a plugging device comprises a water draining tube (3), a series connector and a rubber capsule (5), wherein the rubber capsule is wrapped around an outer end of the water draining tube, forms a plugging cavity (30) between same and the water draining tube, and has two ends thereof that are fixed by fastening rings (24). The water draining tube is provided thereon with a water draining hole (25), and an external water source enters the plugging cavity by means of the water draining tube to expand the rubber capsule and form a water injection cavity (29) with a drill hole (31). The present system avoids the winding problem of drilling, implements plugging and observation processes by utilizing the same external water source, and guarantees that the two processes operate under respective pressures thereof, such that pressure conversion is more sensitive and stable. Further disclosed is a graded pressure reduction drilling crack detection method.
