Abstract:
The present invention provides a gradient function ultra-high performance concrete product, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The preparation method therefor comprises the following steps: providing a steel fiber-containing ultra-high performance concrete slurry having the viscosity of 10-25 Pa·S; continuously vibrating the steel fiber-containing ultra-high performance concrete slurry for more than 5 min under the conditions that the vertical amplitude is greater than or equal to 1 mm and the vibration strength is greater than or equal to 5 g, and then standing until the steel fiber-containing ultra-high performance concrete slurry is hardened; and curing to obtain the gradient function ultrahigh-performance concrete product. By means of said preparation method, according to the present invention, steel fibers can be in a gradient distribution state in an ultra-high performance concrete matrix, and meanwhile, the orientation of the steel fibers and the pore structure in the ultra-high performance concrete matrix are optimized, such that the gradient function ultra-high performance concrete product having high fiber utilization efficiency is obtained, and the requirements of practical application are satisfied.
