Abstract:
A gradually-guiding anti-sputtering baffle has an anti-sputtering steel plate (1) whose anti-sputtering surface is fixed with a guide groove (3). The left end of the guide groove (3) communicates with a left guide tube (4), and the right end of the guide groove (3) communicates with a right guide tube (5). The anti-sputtering surface of the anti-sputtering steel plate (1) is fixed with an absorbent material layer (2) which is located above the guide groove (3). The anti-sputtering baffle has excellent anti-sputtering effect.
