Abstract:
Provided is a graft copolymer which has excellent impact resistance-imparting effect, and which is capable of providing a thermoplastic resin composition that has excellent weather resistance and color developability. A graft copolymer (C) which is obtained by graft polymerizing one or more monomers (B), which are selected from among a (meth)acrylate, an aromatic vinyl, vinyl cyanide, an N-substituted maleimide and maleic acid, to a composite rubbery polymer (A) that is obtained by polymerizing a mixture (Ac) containing a polyorganosiloxane (Aa) and an acrylate (Ab) after the formation of a mini-emulsion in an aqueous solvent. A thermoplastic resin composition which contains this graft copolymer (C) and a thermoplastic resin (D).
