Abstract:
The present invention relates to a graft copolymer, a preparation method therefor, and a resin composition comprising same, the graft copolymer comprising a rubber polymer, wherein the rubber polymer comprises a conjugated diene-based monomer unit and at least one compound unit selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by chemical formula 1 (see the description), the graft copolymer comprises an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, the amount of the at least one compound unit selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by chemical formula 1 is 0.1-5.0 wt% on the basis of the graft copolymer, the alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit is cross-linked by a cross-linking agent, and the weight average molecular weight of the aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit is 20,000-100,000 g/mol.
