Abstract:

The present invention relates to a graft copolymer, a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the same and a preparation method therefor and, more particularly, the present invention provides: a graft copolymer in which silica modified with a particular compound is dispersed in a specific content range in a shell of the graft copolymer; a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the same; and a preparation method therefor. According to the present invention, the silica modified with a particular compound is dispersed around a rubber particle, that is, in the shell of the graft copolymer, thereby enabling dispersibility of the graft copolymer to improve and ultimately providing advantages of enabling mechanical properties such as an impact strength and a tensile strength to be remarkably improved over those of a resin composition having an equal rubber content while maintaining transparency equal to or higher than that of a conventional graft copolymer.
