Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic polymer preparation process using rice straw graft polyethylene glycol (PEG). Pulverized and pretreated rice straw powder is firstly reacted with diisocyanate for 60 min under ultrasonic-microwave synergy, then a certain proportion of PEG is added, followed by a 70 min reaction, and the rice straw/PEG graft polymer is prepared. The advantages of the present invention are that in the overall process of the rice straw fiber pretreatment and grafting reaction, an efficient green ultrasonic-microwave synergy technique is used, which improves the accessibility of the rice straw fiber modification reaction and the effect of the graft modification reaction; and PEG is grafted onto the rice straw fibers through the bridging of diisocyanate, which greatly improves the thermal properties of rice straw fibers, and endows the rice straw with thermoplasticity. The modified rice straw fibers can be prepared into a self-reinforced composite material by hot-pressing in the case where a plasticizer is not added, which overcomes the problems of waste and pollution in the traditional straw refuse recycling methods, and realizes the purpose of full utilization of straw.
