Abstract:
A grain cleaning device. A feed port (1) is provided at the upper end of a machine body (2), a discharge port (17) being provided at the lower end of the machine body (2), a bracket (7) being provided at each lower end of both sides of the machine body (2), a spiral pipe (10) being provided in the machine body (2), several spray heads (11) being provided on the spiral pipe (10), a blower (5) being provided on one outer side of the machine body (2), the blower (5) being connected to the spiral pipe (10), an air volume controller (6) being provided in the blower (5); a suction cleaner (8) being provided at the upper end of the machine body (2), and the suction cleaner (8) being connected to the machine body (2) by means of a suction pipe (9); a main control panel (12) being provided on the machine body (2), and a main controller (13) being provided in the main control panel (12). The air blown from the blower (5) is, through the spray heads (11) on the spiral pipe (10), blown into the machine body (2) so as to separate the grain particles, and sundries contained in the grain can be blown upwards by the air blown out of the spray heads (11), and enter into the suction cleaner (8) through the suction pipe (9). The device overcomes the shortcomings of the existing cleaning devices, e.g. the small handling capacity is insufficient to meet the requirements of grain storage in warehouses, improving the cleaning effect.
