Abstract:
A grain color sorter (10) having a filtering device (11), relating to the technical field of grain sorting equipment. The grain color sorter (10) comprises the filtering device (11), and the filtering device (11) comprises a hopper (111), a drop tube (112), a sleeve (113), a ventilation pipe (114), and a filtering cylinder (115); the drop tube (112) is communicated with a feeding port of a sorter body (101), firs through holes (1121) are formed on the tube wall of the drop tube (112), the sleeve (113) is sleeved on the drop tube (112) and has a gap with the drop tube (112), and the inside of the drop tube (112) is communicated with the sleeve (113) by means of the first through holes (1121); a discharging port of the hopper (111) is communicated with the drop tube (112). The ventilation pipe (114) is communicated with the inside of the sleeve (113), and a fan (1141) is mounted in the ventilation pipe (114); an end cover (1151) is detachably connected to one end of the filtering cylinder (115), the other end of the filtering cylinder (115) has an opening (1152), a second through hole (1153) is formed on the cylinder wall of the filtering cylinder (115), the filtering cylinder (115) is communicated with the ventilation pipe (114) by means of the second through hole (1153), a filter screen (1154) is mounted inside the filtering cylinder (115), and the filter screen (1154) is mounted at the end of the filtering cylinder (115) close to the opening (1152). Grain entering the grain color sorter (10) can be subjected to filtering and dust removing, such that the processing quality of the grain is improved.
