The present invention comprises: a storage part in which grain is stored; a container for accommodating discharged grain; a water supply part and a water drainage part for supplying water to the container and draining same therefrom; a container actuator for mixing and cleaning the grain; an artificial intelligence unit for identifying a user corresponding to a rice-cooking request and learning at least one from among grain type, grain discharge amount, and grain mixture ratio, which are preferred according to a grain discharge history of the identified user; a memory for storing, according to the learning result of the artificial intelligence unit, user-customized data including the at least one from among grain type, grain discharge amount, and grain mixture ratio preferred by the identified user; and a control unit for controlling the storage part so that grain is discharged on the basis of the user-customized data, controlling the container actuator so that the grain accommodated in the container is stirred and cleaned, and controlling the water supply part and the water drainage part so that the grain macerates for a preset maceration time.
