Abstract:
A grain dryer body chassis having a high-stress supporting structure, comprising a square supporting plate of which the four corners of the top surface are symmetrically provided with a plurality of fixing holes, respectively; supporting columns, which are vertically and symmetrically arranged at the four corners of the top surface of the square supporting plate, respectively, cross beam rods being vertically and parallelly bridged between the ends of adjacent supporting columns, respectively; elastic supporting assemblies, which are horizontally and oppositely erected on the top surfaces of every two supporting columns; and a mounting plate, which is horizontally arranged on the top surfaces of the two elastic supporting assemblies. According to the present invention, a grain dryer body is flexibly connected to the chassis, and the area of contact between the whole chassis and a hardened ground is increased by means of the square supporting plate, such that the supporting stress of the chassis is effectively improved, in a production process, longitudinal vibration force from the grain dryer body can be reduced, and the chassis is not prone to deformation or even breakage due to overlarge local pressure, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the chassis.
