Abstract:

A grain leather-like sheet comprising a fiber base layer, a non-porous polyurethane layer and a polyurethane surface layer laminated in this order, the polyurethane surface layer containing a binder polyurethane and a polyurethane microparticle having a particle size of 1 to 50 μm. The sum of the thickness of the non-porous polyurethane layer and the thickness of the polyurethane surface layer is 150 μm or more. The polyurethane surface layer contains the polyurethane microparticle in an amount of 10 to 40 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the binder polyurethane, and the polyurethane microparticle is not exposed at the surface of the sheet. The grain leather-like sheet having these characteristics has a smooth and shiny surface, is excellent in scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-wrinkle property and has a good texture. The sheet hardly scratches or soils any article that contacts with the surface of the sheet.
