Abstract:
This grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet contains, in mass%, not more than 0.010% of C, 2.50 to 4.00% of Si, 0.0010 to 0.0100% of acid soluble Al, not more than 0.012% of N, not more than 1.00% of Mn, and not more than 0.02% of S, with the remainder being made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet has a tensile strength insulating film on its surface, and a SiO2 intermediate oxide film layer, the average film thickness of which is 1.0nm to 1.0μm, inclusive, in the interface between the tensile strength insulating film and the surface of the steel sheet. The time differential curve fM(t) of a spectrum obtained by glow discharge optical emission spectrometry of a metal element M (Al) in the SiO2 intermediate oxide film layer satisfies prescribed conditions.
