Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet for which iron loss is further improved in magnetic domain control for forming a laser groove in a cold rolled steel sheet. The present invention provides a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet provided with the following requirements for achieving the abovementioned purpose. In other words, this grain-oriented electromagnetic steel, which comprises a base steel sheet having a plurality of grooves on the surface thereof, and a glass coating on the surface of the base steel sheet, is characterized in that: the absolute value of the angle θ formed by the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction of the base steel sheet and to the sheet thickness direction, and the longitudinal direction of the grooves is 0-40°; the width W of the grooves is 20-300 μm, the depth D of the grooves is 1-40 μm, and the gap P between the grooves in the rolling direction is 1.0-30 mm; and the formula (1) is satisfied, where t1 is the thickness of the glass coating in a flat section of the surface of the base steel sheet, t2 is the thickness of the glass coating at the deepest section of the grooves in the recess of the groove, and t3 is the thickness of the glass coating in the side surface sections of the grooves.
