Abstract:
Provided is a granular instant food product for soups or sauces which improves granulation properties during a step for granulating the ingredients of the granular instant food product. A granular instant food product containing a soup or sauce powder ingredient and a fat/oil, the granular instant food product being characterized in that: the fat/oil includes a fat/oil A which is an interesterified fat/oil having a fatty acid composition consisting of lauric acid in the amount of 18-33 mass%, inclusive, palmitic acid in the amount of 10-23 mass%, inclusive, stearic acid in the amount of 17-27 mass%, inclusive, and linoleic acid in the amount of 8-20 mass%, inclusive, and also includes one or more fat/oils B selected from palm oil and fractionated palm oil; the fat/oil A content in the fat/oil constitutes 70-83 mass%, inclusive, and the fat/oil B content in the fat/oil constitutes 17-30 mass%, inclusive; and the fat/oil content in the granular instant food product constitutes 2-12 mass%, inclusive.
