Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a granulator that enables extremely easy replacement of a movable granulating blade in particular in a short time. As a solution, this granulator (1) includes: a rotary crushing blade (12) for crushing an object to be processed that has been fed into a main body (40); and a stationary granulating blade (70) and a movable granulating blade (60) provided at positions below the rotary crushing blade (12). The stationary granulating blade (70) is provided with a plurality of small shearing blades (72) arranged in a row. The movable granulating blade (60) is reciprocally driven so as to mesh with the stationary granulating blade (70), and is provided with a plurality of shearing blades (62) arranged in a row for granulating the object to be processed that has been coarsely crushed by the rotary crushing blade (12). The granulator (1) further includes: an oscillating shaft (20) that axially supports the movable granulating blade (60) in an oscillating manner such that the movable granulating blade (60) is oriented toward or away from the stationary granulating blade (70); and a driving mechanism that drives the oscillating shaft (20) in an oscillating manner. The movable granulating blade (60) is detachably fixed to a movable-blade holder (64), and the movable-blade holder (64) is detachably fixed to the oscillating shaft (20).
