Abstract:
Disclosed are a graphene composite material, a sensor and the use thereof. The graphene composite material comprises molybdenum disulfide, graphene, and graphene quantum dots. Specifically, the graphene composite material composed of molybdenum disulfide, graphene and graphene quantum dots has more active sites, which is beneficial to the adsorption of gas, and a supporting substrate inhibits the accumulation of molybdenum disulfide to a certain extent, which is an effective means to improve the gas-sensitive response performance of the material. In particular, the problem of an existing molybdenum disulfide sensor needing to be heated to detect nitrogen dioxide is solved, and nitrogen dioxide can be detected at room temperature. The test results show that a MoS2/rGO/GQDs composite material gas sensor has a high response value and a detection concentration as low as 5 ppb, and the device still has a response value of 13.0% and good repeatability and selectivity.
