Abstract:
Disclosed are a graphene composite metal wire and a method for manufacturing the same, the graphene composite metal wire having a high degree of strength and being lightweight while being a fine line, thereby having improved reliability in high-conductivity properties. A method for manufacturing a graphene composite metal wire having a graphene layer on the surface thereof, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: preparing a metal wire including a copper alloy wire; forming a carbon source layer including a carbon source on the surface of the metal wire; and irradiating at least one of a microwave and white light so as to form a graphene layer on the surface of the metal wire.
