Abstract:
Disclosed are a graphene-composited polyimide film consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 150 to 300 parts of a polyimide resin polymer, 1 to 2 parts of fullerene, 0.1 to 0.2 part of a rare earth oxide, and 2.5 to 3.5 parts of a modifier, wherein the polyimide resin polymer comprises the follow components in percentage by weight: 0.2%-1.5% of graphene, 1%-5% of titanium dioxide, 0.5%-6% of silica sol, 2%-10% of a fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer, 1%-2% of a composite filler made of a nano magnesium oxide whisker and nano silicon oxide at a mass ratio of 1 : (0-2), and the balance being a polyimide resin, wherein the fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer is a hyperbranched polymer with a molecular weight of 3000-10000; and the modifier is formulated from methyl salicylate and liquid paraffin at a weight ratio of (3-5) : 1. The graphene-composited polyimide film has excellent mechanical properties, an elongation at break of greater than 40%, a film thickness of only 8-12 μm, a tensile strength at normal temperature of greater than 200 MPa, an elastic modulus of greater than 2.88 GPa without wrinkling, a high degree of flatness, and a volume resistivity of 4.5 × 101-3.7 × 106 Ωcm.
