Abstract:
The present application relates to a graphene insole and a preparation method therefor. The graphene insole is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 24-30 parts of polyester polyol, 20-26 parts of polyether polyol, 30-40 parts of diisocyanate, 0.5-1.5 parts of glycerol, 1-7 parts of other chain extenders, 1-5 parts of graphene, 1-3 parts of water, 0.1-2 parts of silicone oil, 0.2-1 part of an amine additive, and 0.5-1.5 parts of diatomite. The graphene insole of the present application can release far infrared radiation energy to cause active hyperemia of blood vessels, accelerate metabolism, improve blood circulation, and promote blood circulation of the foot, thereby enhancing the immune function of a human body, can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli, and has antibacterial, deodorant, anti-static, thermal-insulation, and anti-ultraviolet effects. The insole further has excellent air permeability, water absorption and water desorption, and meets the requirements of foot protection and safety shoes. Moreover, the insole has low costs.
