The present invention relates to a graphene membrane film for solvent purification, a method for producing same, and a solvent purification system using same. The graphene membrane film for solvent purification, according to the present invention, is formed having a plurality of plate-shaped pieces of graphene stacked, and among the stacked one pair of plate-shaped pieces of graphene, at least any one pair comprises a physical bond or a chemical bond connecting between the layer and the layer, and the graphene membrane film for solvent purification is produced by means of: a dispersion liquid formation step for forming a graphene oxide dispersion liquid by dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water; a dispersion liquid confinement step for confining the graphene oxide dispersion liquid between a pair of substrates; and a hydrothermal reaction and thermal reduction step for hydrothermally reacting the graphene oxide dispersion liquid between the pair of substrates by applying heat and pressure thereto, thereby enabling the graphene and the graphene to be bound simultaneously with the thermal reduction of the graphene oxide. According to the present invention, because of a lipophilic surface property and fine pores, size exclusion separation and hydrophilic-lipophilic substance separation through polarity may be realized, and thus the present invention could be used in the fine chemical area.
