Abstract:
The present invention relates to graphene which has an oxygen atom content in a predetermined range and has a carbon/oxygen weight ratio in a predetermined range, thereby exhibiting excellent electrical and thermally conductive properties and barrier characteristics. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an apparatus and method for preparing graphene having excellent electrical and thermally conductive properties and barrier characteristics by using a subcritical or supercritical fluid. According to the method and apparatus for preparing graphene, impurities such as graphene oxide can be effectively removed, thereby improving the uniformity of graphene and thus mass-producing graphene which is highly applicable to a variety of industries.
