Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of PET materials, and specifically discloses a graphene modified PET film material and a preparation method therefor. In the present invention, when graphite is made into graphene by means of a ball milling method, supercritical carbon dioxide and ethylene glycol are added, and the ethylene glycol is brought into the graphene sheets by means of the fluid state of the supercritical carbon dioxide and is uniformly dispersed, such that after the edge of graphene is carboxylated by the supercritical carbon dioxide, the carboxyl groups on the edge-carboxylated graphene are immediately subjected to an esterification reaction with the ethylene glycol to obtain a modified graphene, and the modified graphene is then subjected to a polycondensation reaction with terephthalic acid and the ethylene glycol, etc. to form graphene-modified PET composite pellets, which are then stretched and extruded to obtain the graphene modified PET film material. The graphene and a PET matrix can be more stably combined in the present invention, such that the barrier effect of the graphene in the PET matrix is greatly improved, and the overall barrier performance of the graphene modified PET film material is improved.
