Abstract:

Provided is a method for preparing a graphene oxide quantum dot, comprising: using a carbon three-dimensional block material comprising a graphene lamellar structure as an anode, bringing an end face of the material into parallel contact with the liquid level of an electrolyte solution, and discontinuously or continuously cutting and dissociating graphene sheet layers at the end face by means of electrochemical oxidation to obtain the graphene oxide quantum dot. Further provided is a method for preparing a composite nano material composed of the graphene oxide quantum dot and a graphene and/or graphene-like structure, comprising: adding a powder comprising graphene and/or a graphene-like lamellar structure into a solution of the graphene oxide quantum dot, under the action of an auxiliary machinery with a high shear force, using a cyclic process of stripping, re-adsorption and re-stripping of graphene oxide quantum dots adsorbed on the graphene and/or the graphene-like lamellar structure in the solution to obtain a composite nano material composed of the quasi-zero-dimensional and/or quasi-two-dimensional graphene and/or graphene-like structure and the graphene oxide quantum dot.
