Abstract:
A graphene polyurethane sponge, a preparation method therefor and applications thereof. The graphene polyurethane sponge comprises the raw material in parts by weight comprises: 50 to 100 parts of polyether polyol, 0.1 to 0.5 parts of amine catalyst, 0.1 to 0.5 parts of tin catalyst, 0.5 to 3 parts of foam stabilizer, 0.5 to 7 parts of water, 10 to 50 parts of graphene modifier and 30 to 60 parts of toluene diisocyanate. The graphene polyurethane sponge has good toughness, good compression effect, a strong hydrophobic ability and resistance to strong acid, strong alkali and high salt, has the oil-water separation efficiency reaching 99.99%, can absorb oil (light oil) on the surface of the water, and can absorb oil (heavy oil) in the water.
