Abstract:
A graphene PUR and a preparation method therefor. Component A is a saturated/unsaturated monomer satisfying the structural formula of HO(R)nOH; component B is a saturated/unsaturated monomer satisfying the structural formula of HO(R)nOH; component C is a saturated/unsaturated monomer satisfying the structural formula of HO(R)nOH (n≥2 and R being a specially-structured group); component D is an unsaturated monomer satisfying the structural formula of R-(NCO)n; component E is a tackifier resin; component F is a chain extender; component G is a carbon interface treatment agent; component H is graphene; component I is carbon nanotube; component J is a hardener; and component K is a functional additive satisfying the structural formula of YRnSiX3-n. Compared with the prior art, the graphene PUR and a graphene-based electromagnetic and heat-shielding polyurethane material utilize physical properties of graphene such as excellent electronic effect and thermal effect, not only achieve the performance of electromagnetic and heat shielding at the same time, but with proper fill amount control, also allow the components to synergize, thus attaining excellent mechanical strength and reliable stability.
