Abstract:
A disclosed graphene quantum dot composite comprises a dielectric matrix comprising a metal oxynitride, and graphene quantum dots dispersed in the dielectric matrix. The graphene quantum dot composite can inhibit quenching caused by the aggregation of graphene quantum dots and can improve the quantum efficiency of graphene quantum dots.
