Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of coatings. The present invention provides a graphene-type waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coating, comprising a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of 1.5-3:1. The component A contains 45-60 parts of zinc powder, 5-10 parts of a polyamide curing agent, 0.05-0.1 parts of a defoamer, 0.1-0.5 parts of a dispersant, and 8-12 parts of water. The component B contains 70-80 parts of a waterborne epoxy resin emulsion, 3-7 parts of a waterborne graphene slurry, and 0.8-1.5 parts of a functional additive. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the graphene-type waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coating. The waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coating of the present invention has good flexibility, adhesion, salt spray resistance, water resistance, and impact resistance; the coating is free of blistering, wrinkling, falling and rusting in water for 1300 h, the salt spray resistance time is longer than or equal to 2300 h, the flexibility is less than or equal to 1 mm, and the impact resistance is greater than or equal to 50 cm.
