Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of terminals and provides a graphic code recognition method and an electronic device. The method is applied to the electronic device and comprises: when the electronic device is in a particular state, obtaining a first image; when the first image comprises a first graphic code, obtaining a second image, the second image comprising a second graphic code, wherein power consumption generated by obtaining the first image is less than power consumption generated by obtaining the second image, the image quality of the first image is lower than that of the second image, and the image quality of the first graphic code is lower than that of the second graphic code; determining first code information carried by the second graphic code and a first application corresponding to the second graphic code; and when a confirmation operation is received, displaying, by means of the first application, a display interface corresponding to the first code information. The technical solution provided by the present application improves graphic code recognition efficiency with relatively low power consumption, and reduces graphic code recognition costs.
