Abstract:
A graphite film with heightened thermal diffusivity in one in-plane direction, and a manufacturing method thereof, are provided. This graphite film (3) has a first axis direction (1), which is the direction with the highest thermal diffusivity in the film plane, and a second axis direction (2), which is perpendicular to the first axis direction (1) in the film plane, wherein the value obtained by dividing the thermal diffusivity of the first axis direction (1) by the thermal diffusivity of the second axis direction (2) is 1.020-1.300.
