Abstract:
The present invention relates to a grapple device of an excavator, which comprises: a bucket axially mounted to the lower side of an arm of an excavator; a first hydraulic cylinder, of which one side is fixed to the upper end of the arm and a first rod at the lower side thereof is connected to the bucket side by a link structure; a second hydraulic cylinder axially mounted to the rear upper end portion of the arm; a grapple which has one side axially mounted to the rear lower side of the arm and the central portion area thereof is axially mounted with the second rod of the second hydraulic cylinder; and a hydraulic control section for alternatively supplying or blocking oil pressure for operating the second rod of the second hydraulic cylinder. A pin is axially mounted at the lower end of the arm and protruded at both sides. The grapple has one side, of which both end portions are axially mounted at both sides of the protruded part of the pin, and the lower central portion is axially mounted with the second rod of the second hydraulic cylinder. The lower ends of both sides of the grapple are provided with at least one pair of second forks so as to be engaged between the forks of the buckets. First and second fixing elements are provided at both sides of the upper end portion of the arm and both lower sides of the bucket so that the first and second fixing elements are engaged with each other and fixed by fixing pins.
