A grating cover for a ship passageway, and a ship comprising same. The grating cover for a ship passageway comprises: a frame body (1), several grating bars (2), rotating seats (3), and anti-collision blocks (4); the frame body (1) has an annular frame structure, and is formed by hot bending of a round steel or a tube, and provided internally with mounting holes, and the frame body (1) is mounted on the ship passageway board and is located above the passageway holes of the ship passageway board; the several grating bars (2) are provided in parallel in the mounting holes, both ends of each grating bar (2) being connected to the inner side walls of the mounting holes; each rotating seat (3) comprises a bottom plate (31) fixed on the ship passageway board, the bottom plate (31) being located at one side of the passageway hole (5), a pivotal portion (32) being provided on the bottom plate (31), and the pivotal portion (32) being provided with a pivot hole (33) for one side of the frame body (1) to pass through; and the anti-collision blocks (4) are provided on the ship passageway board and located on one side of the passageway hole (5), and are provided opposite to the rotating seats (3). The grating cover for a ship passageway has the advantages of a simple structure, light weight, few components, and being easy to open and close.
