Abstract:
A gravity-based self-reset notch material guiding device, comprising a material guiding plate (1), a material stopper (2), a counterweight structure (3), a support shaft (4), support seats (6), a support pier (7), an anti-collision block (10) and a residual material tank (24); the rear end of the material guiding plate (1) is supported on the plurality of support seats (6) by means of the support shaft (4); the upper end of the counterweight structure (3) is fixedly connected to the material guiding plate (1), and rotates together with the material guiding plate (1), and the two form a "¯\" shape after being fixed together; the anti-collision block (10) is provided in a downswing direction of the counterweight structure (3) for energy-absorbing cushion for the downswing of the counterweight structure (3), and limiting a downswing position of the counterweight structure (3); the material stopper (2) comprises an upper jaw (21) and a lower jaw (22), a plurality of partition plates (23) being fixed between the two for supporting the upper jaw (21); a comb plate (14) is fixed on the upper portion of the rear end of the material guiding plate (1), and the comb plate (14) rotates along with the material guiding plate (1) and is always located in a guiding groove (26) between the upper jaw (21) and the lower jaw (22); a sealing strip (25) is provided at the lower end of the opening of the upper jaw (21), and the sealing strip (25) is in contact with the upper end surface of the comb plate (14); and the residual material tank (24) is provided on the lower end of the guiding groove (26). The material guiding device can avoid the residual material in the gap of a notch, improving the efficiency of loading and unloading.
