Abstract:
Provided is a gravure printing device based on a colour management operating system, comprising a material feeding mechanism (1), a material feeding traction mechanism (2), a material transmission mechanism (3), a number of printing mechanisms (4), a material collecting traction mechanism (5) and a material collecting mechanism (6), wherein the number of printing mechanisms are arranged at intervals between the material feeding traction mechanism and the material collecting traction mechanism; two adjacent printing mechanisms are connected to each other via the material transmission mechanism; the material feeding mechanism is connected to the material feeding traction mechanism via the material transmission mechanism; the material feeding traction mechanism is connected to the first printing mechanism via the material transmission mechanism; the last printing mechanism is connected to the material collecting traction mechanism via the material transmission mechanism; and the material collecting traction mechanism is connected to the material collecting mechanism via the material transmission mechanism. The device reduces printing costs, shortens a delivery cycle, improves the speed of the whole machine and the overprint accuracy, and has high efficiency and a high yield.
