A grease composition which can effectively prevent flaking from occurring on the rolling contact surfaces, etc. mainly due to hydrogen embrittlement; a prelubricated bearing containing the grease composition enclosed therein; and a one-way clutch containing the grease composition enclosed in a sliding part. The grease composition comprises: a base grease comprising a base oil and a thickener; and one or more additives incorporated therein. With the composition, flaking induced by hydrogen embrittlement can be prevented on the frictional/wearing surfaces of a bearing part comprising an iron-based metallic material or on iron-based metallic surfaces newly exposed as a result of wear. The additives comprise at least one aluminum-based additive selected among an aluminum powder and inorganic aluminum compounds. The aluminum-based additive is contained in an amount of 0.05-10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the base grease.
