Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a grease composition which is capable of providing a bearing with excellent durability, said bearing being used under high-speed rotation conditions where the DN value is 100,000 or more. A grease composition according to the present invention contains (A) a base oil and (B) a urea-based thickening agent, and is configured such that particles containing the urea-based thickening agent (B) in the grease composition satisfy the requirement (I) described below; and this grease composition is used for a bearing that is used under high-speed rotation conditions where the DN value is 100,000 or more.
Requirement (I): The arithmetic average particle diameter of the particles on area basis as determined by a laser diffraction/scattering method is 2.0 μm or less.
