Abstract:
A grease interceptor and residue separator for catering industry wastewater, involving a horizontal flow grease interceptor having a residue separation function, and comprising: a main grease interceptor tank body (1) and a tank cover (14), the main tank body (1) being separated into a residue tank (2), a first grease interceptor tank (3), a second grease interceptor tank (4), and a third grease interceptor tank (5); between the residue tank (2) and the first grease interceptor tank (3) is arranged a residue-separating mesh flow port (10), and between each of the grease interceptor tanks (3, 4, 5) is arranged a flow port (11) and a grease interception board (9), the main tank body (1) being provided with a wastewater inlet (6) and a water outlet (7); the residue tank (2) is provided with a residue basket (8); each of the three grease interceptor tanks (3, 4, 5) is provided with a manually-operated grease-scraping device (12); the bottoms of the residue tank (2) and of the three grease interceptor tanks (3, 4, 5) are each provided with a residue discharge (15); the main tank body (1) is provided with feet (13). Functions and technical features include: the residue tank (2) and residue basket (8), which facilitate removal of kitchen waste from the tank; the residue discharge (15) provided at the bottoms of the residue tank (2) and of the three grease interceptor tanks (3, 4, 5), which facilitate cleaning of residues from the tanks; the manually-operated grease-scraping device (12), which facilitates removal of floating waste oils from the surface of liquid in the three grease interceptor tanks (3, 4, 5); the main tank body (1) being provided with three grease interceptor tanks (3, 4, 5), which enhances the grease interception efficiency of the system in comparison to traditional two-tank grease interceptors; the structure is simple, and convenient to install and operate.
