Abstract:

Provided are a grease capable of suppressing any decrease in performance as a lubricant even when used in equipment installed in a refrigerant circuit in which flows a refrigerant containing chlorine atoms and olefin bonds in each molecule, and a refrigeration cycle device in which this grease is used as a lubricant. The grease used in equipment installed in a refrigerant circuit (50) in which flows a refrigerant containing chlorine atoms and olefin bonds in each molecule includes fluorine as an ingredient. In a chiller device, this grease is used as a lubricant in at least one of a first radial touchdown bearing (162) and second radial touchdown bearing (164) of a compressor (100), a drive unit of an inlet guide vane (124) of the compressor (100), and a drive unit of an expansion valve.
