Abstract:
The present invention relates to a green lie reader device and, more particularly, to a green lie reader device comprising: a main guide sloping downwards such that a golf ball positioned therein can move along the longitudinal direction to be discharged through one end thereof; and an auxiliary guide having the shape of a plate which is curved to surround the lower portion of the main guide, the auxiliary guide being provided with a switch such that a golf ball positioned inside the main guide can be stopped, or the stopped golf ball can be moved. Accordingly, not only golf balls can be continuously dropped one after another after the inclination or height is determined, but also golf balls can be continuously dropped while gradually changing the inclination or height such that the green lie can be effectively read under various conditions. The main guide has guide holes formed through the lower portion thereof along the longitudinal direction so as to have a width smaller than the diameter of golf balls such that multiple golf balls are placed in a row along the guide holes. The switch is configured such that, by means of the user's manipulation, the golf ball positioned bottommost is solely discharged, and partially protrudes through the guide holes so as to block the front of the golf ball positioned bottommost among the remaining golf balls other than the discharged golf ball.
