Abstract:
A grey fabric detecting device suitable for an open-width fabric winding machine, which device rotationally operates on a circular knitting machine, and comprises a machine frame (1), wherein a first rubber roller group (2) and a second rubber roller group (3) are arranged on the machine frame (1) at intervals in parallel, a fabric winding roller (4) is arranged on one side of the second rubber roller group (3), and an image acquisition module (5) is arranged between the first rubber roller group (2) and the second rubber roller group (3); and the image acquisition module (5) comprises a guide member (51), a driving member (52) and a photographing module (53), wherein the guide member (51) comprises a guide rail (511) and a sliding block (512), the driving member (52) drives the sliding block (512) to slide forwards or backwards in the lengthwise direction of the guide rail (511), the photographing module (53) is arranged on the sliding block (512), and a lens (531) of the photographing module (53) carries out image acquisition on a grey fabric.
