Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a grid for capturing an X-ray image, wherein variations in X-ray transmittance are reduced and the occurrence of sticking is prevented. When grooves for X-ray absorption parts are formed in an X-ray transmissive substrate, transmission part bridging parts that connect X-ray transmission parts adjacent to each other across the grooves, and connection grooves that connect the grooves are formed. The connection grooves improve the flow of a plating solution in the grooves, and prevent the X-ray transmission parts from falling due to uneven growth of plating. X-ray absorbers respectively filled into the connection grooves function as absorption part bridging parts for reinforcing the X-ray absorption parts.
