Abstract:
A grill grate for a barbecue grill, comprising at least two sheet members (1) arranged in parallel, each sheet member (1) having a concave upper curved portion (11) and a convex lower curved portion (12), such that a cross section of said sheet member (1) has an inclined S shape. An interval between two adjacent S-shaped sheet members (1) in the horizontal direction meets the following condition: a vertical projection of an edge of the upper curved portion (11) of a first S-shaped sheet member (1) falls in the convex channel formed by the lower curved portion (12) of a second S-shaped sheet member (1). The grill grate for a barbecue grill of the present invention has superior thermal conductivity, and prevents grease and scraps of food from falling into the grill, thus enabling a hygienic use and easy cleaning.
