Abstract:
A grinding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a grinding part in which food materials are fed, ground, and discharged, and including a first grinding member positioned at the upper part thereof and a second grinding member positioned at the lower part thereof; a rotary driving part for rotating the first and/or second grinding member; and a support part positioned under the grinding part so as to collect the ground food materials discharged from the grinding part. The first grinding member has a feed port through which the food materials are fed, and which is positioned close to the center of the first grinding member, and positioned to be spaced from the center of the first grinding member. A plurality of sections is defined on a facing surface of the second grinding member, the surface facing the first grinding member. Recessed parts having a concave shape are positioned on each of the plurality of sections such that the plurality of recessed parts positioned on the plurality of sections are arranged on a concentric circle.
