Abstract:
The present invention provides a grinding-assisted laser cladding powder feeder, comprising a box body, a powder feeding pipe, an upper rotating disc, and a lower grinding disc. The box body is provided with an upper opening, a middle section, and a lower opening; the powder feeding pipe is provided inside the upper opening and the upper portion of the middle section; the upper rotating disc and the lower grinding disc are provided in the middle section, and the lower grinding disc is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the middle section; the upper rotating disc acts on the lower grinding disc; and a plurality of through holes is formed in both the upper rotating disc and the lower grinding disc. The present invention has the following advantages: 1, by grinding composite powder, the problems of uneven mixing and powder caking of the composite powder are solved; 2, an induction heating coil is additionally provided, the dryness of the mixed powder is improved, and the problem of powder caking is solved; and 3, an oscillator is additionally provided, the ground mixed powder is subjected to oscillation mixing and screening again, and meanwhile, the ground powder is more uniform when being discharged.
