A grinding cutter (100) and a food processor (200). The grinding cutter (100) comprises: a mounting shaft (1), the mounting shaft (1) comprising a mounting end and a connection end; at least one first blade (2), the first blade (2) being mounted on the mounting shaft (1) and provided with a first cutting edge (22), and the first cutting edge (22) being disposed on a side of the first blade (2) away from the mounting end; and at least one second blade (3), the second blade (3) being mounted on the mounting shaft (1) and provided with a second cutting edge (32), and the second cutting edge (32) being disposed on a side of the second blade (3) close to the mounting end. The first blade (2) is mounted on the mounting shaft (1) in an inclined manner and/or the second blade (3) is mounted on the mounting shaft (1) in an inclined manner. The thickness of the first blade (2) and the second blade (3) is H, and 1 mm ≤ H ≤ 5 mm. The second cutting edge (32) pulls a material, so as to fill a gap formed during material circulation, thereby reducing material fluctuation, improving the grinding efficiency and effect of the material, reducing noise of the product and friction-caused heat, and reducing a temperature rise.
