Abstract:
A grinding device for chemical powdery raw materials, relating to the technical field of chemistry engineering. The grinding device comprises a fixed bottom plate (1); a grinding frame (2) is mounted in the middle of the upper end of the fixed bottom plate (1); support frames (10) are mounted on two sides of the upper end of the fixed bottom plate (1); a fixed rack (17) is mounted between the top ends of the support frames (10); a grinding gear (18) is engaged with the front end of the fixed rack (17); a grinding shaft (5) is mounted in the middle of the lower end of the grinding gear (18); a grinding disc (3) is connected to the bottom end of the grinding shaft (5); a plurality of grinding wheels (4) are provided in the middle of the bottom end of the grinding disc (3); a bearing cylinder (7) is mounted in the middle of the grinding shaft (5); a movement block (6) is mounted on an outer side of the bearing cylinder (7); a threaded part (8) of a driving shaft (9) is connected to the middle of the rear end of the movement block (6); the right end of the driving shaft (9) penetrates through the support frame (10) to be connected to a driving gear (14); a lifting rack (13) is engaged with the rear end of the driving gear (14); and a reciprocating mechanism (11) is mounted on the bottom end of the lifting rack (13). The grinding device implements reciprocating rotation of the driving shaft (9), so that mutual cooperation of the driving shaft, the movement block (6), the grinding shaft (5), and the grinding gear (18) is achieved, the grinding disc (3) performs reciprocating rotation while reciprocating left and right, and the grinding effect on the chemical powdery raw materials is improved.
