Abstract:
A grinding device and method for small-diameter tube dense-tube row welds, the device comprising: a handpiece, said handpiece being internally provided with an accommodation space for accommodating a motor; a transmission mechanism (8), wherein the motor is connected to the transmission mechanism (8) and provides a driving force for the transmission mechanism (8); a grinding wheel which is connected to one side of the transmission mechanism (8), said grinding wheel being driven by means of the transmission mechanism (8) to rotate; and a driven wheel which is connected to the other side of the transmission mechanism (8), wherein the axis of the motor is perpendicular to the axis of the grinding wheel, power outputted by the motor is vertically steered by means of the transmission mechanism (8) in cooperation with the motor, and the power is outputted to the grinding wheel. The foregoing grinding device has a compact structure, a built-in arc, a small volume and a light weight, and is easy to carry and suitable for the grinding work of small-diameter tube dense-tube rows at a construction site, thus achieving the mechanical grinding of narrow gap welds.
