Abstract:
Disclosed is a grinding device which can perform high-precision end surface grinding with a good work efficiency by a simple constitution.
The grinding device can perform fixed-quantity processing (S102-S112) when a control unit (301) and a servo amplifier (302) perform a positional control by controlling the current-carrying amount of a linear motor (16) in a second slide section (102) according to a desired total amount of cutting and a desired moving speed in a fixed quantity processing, and the device can perform, on the other side, a constant pressure processing (S114-S122) when the control unit (301) and the servo amplifier (302) control the current carrying amount of the linear motor (16) in the second slide section (102) in association with a specified pushing pressure by a grindstone on a work.
