A grinding device comprising: a grinding unit having a lower millstone and an upper millstone, said grinding unit having a conical mill comprising an inner millstone, which is a rotating millstone that rotates synchronously with the lower millstone, and an outer millstone, which is a fixed millstone that is provided on the upper millstone, and grinding, in the conical mill, a solid raw material containing oil that is fed into an inlet between the inner millstone and the outer millstone; a guiding unit that has an opening on the bottom end, wherein the diameter of the opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer millstone at the inlet, and that feeds the supplied solid raw material from the opening to the inlet of the conical mill; and a guiding member that is provided on the top end of the inner millstone and that guides the solid raw material from the guiding unit to the inlet. The guiding member includes at least two guiding plates; each of the at least two guiding plates has an inclined surface inclined with respect to the horizontal plane at a designated angle; and the heights from the center of the inclined surfaces on the at least two guiding plates to the horizontal plane of the inlet are different.
